Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused partnership that helps you discover your own answers through powerful questions and structured reflection — rather than receiving instruction. Unlike training, which delivers content to groups, coaching is deeply personalised to your specific goals, challenges, and context.
At Open Meadow Deck, we apply ICF-standard methodology combined with 12+ years of experience in Uganda’s professional landscape to create tailored growth journeys that produce lasting change.
Coaching is ideal if you’re navigating a career transition, stepping into a new leadership role, want to improve how you communicate or lead, feel stuck despite your experience, or have ambitious goals but need a structured approach and accountability to reach them.
Many of our clients in Kampala and across Uganda come to us after realising that technical expertise alone isn’t enough — leadership, communication, and self-awareness are the differentiators.
Absolutely — and non-negotiably so. All coaching conversations are governed by the ICF Code of Ethics, which mandates strict confidentiality. We do not share session content with anyone, including your employer if they are sponsoring your coaching, without your explicit written consent.
The only exceptions are legally mandated situations involving imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or others, as required under Ugandan law.
We offer six core service pillars: Leadership Coaching, Communication Skills, Team Development, Workplace Development, Personal Effectiveness, and Executive Mentoring. Each is available for individuals or organisations.
The easiest way to choose is to book a free 30-minute Discovery Call — one of our coaches will listen to your situation and recommend the most suitable service and format.
